3 Shots Killed in Bronx: NYPD

New York police are investigating after three people were killed in the Bronx on Wednesday night.

The incident occurred around 8:11 p.m. at a home at 613 Southern Blvd. in the 41st Precinct, police said.

Arriving at the scene, law enforcement officers found a 34-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities also found a 57-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man at the scene, both fatally wounded. The woman received a gunshot wound to the head, and the man received multiple injuries throughout his body. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

A firearm was recovered at the scene, but no arrests have been made at this time. Investigators believe that the shooting happened in the house.

The identities of the dead have not been released as the investigation is ongoing.

Police have not yet determined a motive for the shooting, and anyone with information is asked to contact the NYPD.
